The oldest symbol of the ouroboros was found in King Tut's tomb dating from about 1400 BCE. A super old symbol, but still relevant because the world keeps on turning, new life is born and old withers away and dies. I like the idea of wearing this powerful symbol on a necklace over one's heart to remind yourself to be resilient because life is circular. Or wear because it looks cool, either way works. 

DETAILS

  • The ouroboros pendant is made from thin laser-cut acrylic and is engraved on both sides of the pendant, so you never have to worry about the wrong side showing because both sides are identical. 
  • The chain, jump rings and clasp are all sterling silver-filled, which is basically plating, but hundreds of times thicker. 
  • The ouroboros pendant measures about 1.5 inches in diameter; the chain is 20 inches long. 
  • This black ouroboros necklace comes packed in a sweet yellow Darling Marcelle gift box. 
To keep your Darling Marcelle jewelry looking its best, keep it in its original box or a jewelry box when not in use. 
Sterling silver is used in most of the designs; tarnishing is greatly diminished when stored away from moisture and oxygen. 
To clean or polish your jewelry, use a soft cloth and rub gently.

Items purchased between November 1st and December 25th may be returned by January 25th of the following year.
