In Japan, boars symbolize courage and adventure and were referred to as yama kujira, or "whale of the mountain." (Kind of a tiny whale tbh.) In nature boars are quite shy beasties, which is surprising since they look so fierce. These earrings celebrate that gentle giant and despite their size, they're very light on the ears, so you can wear your piggies with pride all day.

  • These boar earrings are made from lightweight maple and are engraved with the boar image on both sides of each earring. 
  • Each boar measures about 2.5 inches at the widest point.
  • The ear wire is sterling silver-filled. 
  • These boar earrings come packaged in a cute box, perfect for gifting to your favorite animal lover.

Standard shipping to addresses located within the United States is free and is sent via United States Postal Service First Class Package Service.  
For buyers located outside of the US, we offer subsidized rates through USPS, DHL and UPS. 

You can return new, unworn items for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit, minus any original shipping charges.

Items purchased between November 1st and December 25th may be returned by January 25th of the following year.

Loved them so much I bought them TWICE

I bought these ouroboros earrings from an excellent shop in NOLA about a year or two ago, only to have broken them during my most recent move like a super clutz :'(
Devastated doesn't even BEGIN to cover how I felt about these earrings breaking, so I was ecstatic when I was able to find Darling Marcelle again on Instagram and replace them with a new pair!! I haven't taken them off since they came in the mail :))))
