These bird earrings were inspired by birds drawn by monks about a thousand years ago in Europe. These Christian monks were living through times that felt pretty apocalyptic, with lots of war and reading the Book of Revelations and drawing their interpretations of the apocalypse. One of these signs was apparently birds decorated with eyes all over their bodies. Full-surround vision!
Celebrate these ancient apocalyptic birds by wearing them on your ears. To suit your own preferences, I've made these earrings in two flavors: graphic black and white and in shimmery pastel. (The shimmery pastel glows in blacklight!)
DETAILS:
- Each pair of Apocalyptic Bird earrings is made from acrylic, either shimmery white or multicolor pastel.
- The color pattern of the multicolor pastel acrylic is random, so each pair of bird earrings is unique.
- Each earring measures about 3.25 inches from top of the earring to the bottom and has a wingspan of about 2.25 inches.
- The earrings are backed with nickel-free titanium studs and earring backs.
You can return new, unworn items for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit, minus any original shipping charges.
Items purchased between November 1st and December 25th may be returned by January 25th of the following year.
