Originally in Ireland, the creepy jack o'lanterns carved to keep away bad spirits on Halloween were made out of turnips instead of pumpkins. If you've ever seen pics of the OG turnip lanterns, they are terrifying. These earrings were inspired by those scary Irish lanterns. I recommend wearing them to repel bad spirits, vibes and "nice" guys.

A few details:

These carved turnip earrings come in 2 sizes: the large measure about 2.5 inches from top of the leaf to the bottom of the root; the small are about 2 inches.
The earring posts are titanium, which is nickel free and safe for most people with skin sensitivities.
Despite their size, they are very lightweight.

To keep your Darling Marcelle jewelry looking its best, keep it in its original box or a jewelry box when not in use.

Sterling silver is used in most of the designs; tarnishing is greatly diminished when stored away from moisture and oxygen.

To clean or polish your jewelry, use a soft cloth and rub gently.

Perfect for gifting, all Darling Marcelle jewelry comes packaged in a nice gift box, which is packed securely in a padded envelope.

Standard shipping to addresses located within the United States is free and is sent via United States Postal Service First Class Package Service.

For buyers located outside of the US, we offer subsidized rates through USPS, DHL and UPS.

You can return new, unworn items for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit, minus any original shipping charges.

Items purchased between November 1st and December 25th may be returned by January 25th of the following year.

I love all things rats, so when a friend sent me a link to this shop I immediately threw them in my cart to buy. I ordered the “large” option and for as big as they are they were super comfortable all day and weren’t heavy at all. I tend to have sensitive skin/ears and had zero issues. I definitely will keep my eye out for future drops from this store because the quality is so great and shipped quickly!
