I love the ouroboros. The symbol of a snake eating its own tail was first discovered in King Tut's tomb and dates to over three thousand years ago! This wooden version of my ouroboros necklace is a wonderful way to remind yourself to be resilient because life is circular. And another reminder to look cute doing that resilient thing.
The ouroboros pendant of this necklace is made from maple that's been engraved on both sides of the pendant, so it's impossible to accidentally flip it to the wrong side while you're out and about.
The jump rings, clasp and chain are all sterling silver-filled.
The chain measures 20 inches in length and the ouroboros pendant is about 1.5 inches across.
This wood ouroboros necklace comes packed in a cute yellow gift box.
